You may request a no-touch session at any time.

4️⃣ Wellness Records

A current wellness record is required and will be supplied at the session.
This ensures safe, suitable, and informed care.

To support the benefits of your session:
• Please try to rest afterward
• Avoid heavy work or strenuous exercise
• Drink plenty of fresh water to help your body rebalance

You may continue to feel shifts for up to 24 hours — so be gentle with yourself

Your personal information and session details remain confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law.

7️⃣ Payments & Cancellations

Payment is required before the session can take place.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours notice so the appointment can be offered to someone else.

No outcomes are guaranteed, but every effort will be made to provide a supportive, relaxing, and nurturing experience.
